CIS‑01 chemical injection skid
A complete, field‑ready solution for chemical dosing.
From design to on‑site integration.
In addition to on‑site works, AIFA Petroleum designs and builds packaged technical solutions. These include chemical injection skids, pumping packages and treatment modules, all engineered to respect process requirements, site limitations and maintenance constraints.
Project overview
CIS‑01 is a mobile, autonomous and connected chemical injection skid designed for anti‑corrosion and anti‑fouling treatment of injection water and process lines. Engineered, fabricated, tested and deployed by AIFA Petroleum, the unit complies with relevant industrial standards and is suited for remote or harsh locations.
Key specifications
- 1 000 L 316L stainless steel storage tank with agitator for homogeneous mixing.
- Two metering pumps (membrane type, LEWA or equivalent) with adjustable flow from 0 to 20 l/h each.
- Maximum operating pressure up to 250 bar with stainless steel safety valve and pressure gauge (EN 837‑1).
- Precision flowmeter 0–30 l/h installed on the injection line.
- Injection connection including check valve, isolation valves and safety devices.
Automation & control
The skid integrates a complete automation package: PLC for process logic, local SCADA for supervision and data logging, a fully wired control cabinet with HMI operator panel, variable frequency drives and all required I/O connections
Lifecycle support
AIFA Petroleum supports the entire lifecycle of CIS‑01 units: engineering and design, procurement, fabrication, testing and certification, on‑site installation and commissioning, and 24/7 operation and maintenance services.Fiche-Technique-SKID-version-7-finale.pdfInnovation highlights
